Mini-Highland Games and Festive Fair

On Saturday 12 November 2016 at the Gardens, Intercontinental Hotel, Muscat from 3.30-7.30pm.

Please join us for an afternoon of Festive shopping, explore the many stalls ranging from ceramics, resin art, embroidery, little bags, photography, bedspreads and so much more. Have a lovely cup of tea with cake, treat the children to ice-cream, pop-corn and candy-floss. Join us for a BBQ or explore the other food stalls.

The Mini-Highland games will include some traditional games like tug of war, toss the caber, throw a wellie or a flip/flop, three legged race and many lesser known ones.

Admission: Adults RO1.5/children under 18 go for FREE

Royal Omani Pipe Band
A wonderfull performance of our special pipe band at St. Andrews Night 2016

Burns Night 2017

Burns Night is held at the ballroom at the InterContinental Hotel from 7pm.
The evening includes a 4 course meal, open bar, dancing and entertainment.
Live music is provided by the wonderful Accordionist Matthew MacLennan, who will call the dances.
We are looking forward welcoming you for this annual event.

At the start of our ceilidh, Our new Chieftain, Forbes Clow, had the great pleasure to present, Dr. Manal Al Zadjaly of the Oman Cancer Association/Dar al Hanan Childrens Charity, with a cheque for RO1200. The Society raised the funds at St.Andrews Night 2015 raffle, as compered by Colin McKinlay so eloquently the society donated both to CHAS in Scotland and OCA in Oman. Well done to all our guests for giving so generously during the raffle.
